SOYBEANS

Soybeans are a member of the Leguminosae family and are a common food allergy in the US. In addition to being eaten as soybeans, they are also commonly included in various foods as a food ingredient, making it extremely difficult to avoid them.

In addition to soybeans, beans, peas, lentils, and peanuts are also classified as legumes (Leguminosae family). People who react to soy don’t necessarily react to the other things in the family.
