EGGS
One of the most common foods causing allergies are Eggs. Eggs are not only used in many foods but may also be found in non-food products. Some people get symptoms by eating or even just touching the eggs. Reactions can happen specifically to the egg yolk or to the egg whites, or both. Eggs can be difficult to identify in foods as they are hidden in things that most people don’t think would contain eggs.
